1. Delivery Model & Sourcing
At Aavla, we operate on a hyper-local logistics model. Since all our organic wellness products are packaged fresh and have zero artificial synthetic preservatives, we do not ship them via standard slow national couriers.
When you register a delivery inquiry on our website, our backend identifies the brick-and-mortar retail partner closest to your delivery address and forwards your items to them. The partner store packages and despatches the products immediately.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Within Jaipur: Same-day or next-day delivery (within 12-24 hours of store confirmation call).
- Other Rajasthan Cities: 24 to 48 hours.
- Rest of India: Currently pending. We are establishing physical partner storefronts across metro cities to enable quick dispatch.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
To support direct farm-to-consumer health choices, we offer **100% Free Doorstep Delivery** for all home delivery inquiries within our serviceable areas. There are no packaging, service, or delivery lookup charges.
4. Delivery Verification & Payments
We do not collect online payments or debit/credit card credentials on this website. Our logistics coordinator will call you to verify your availability. Payments can be processed via cash-on-delivery or local UPI scanners at the time of package arrival.
