It all started with a realization. In the rush of modern supplements, we lost contact with the greatest superfoods of our own land. Amla, known as the 'mother of all herbs' in ancient texts, was either consumed as bitter raw fruit or loaded with refined sugars. We set out to change this and bring back Amla in its pure, natural, and most delicious form.
To keep the Vitamin C and organic antioxidants intact, standard high-heat industrial cooking wasn't an option. We went back to traditional practices: slow steeping, cold pressing, and natural sun drying. It took us 8 months and 45 test batches to perfect the taste of our sweet and sour candy using raw honey and organic jaggery.
Pure products come from clean soil and happy hands. We established direct partnerships with local smallholder farms in Chomu and neighboring districts of Rajasthan. By eliminating middle-men, we ensure farmers receive fair wages while training local women groups in hygienic packaging, creating a self-sustaining local ecosystem.
